1. Use of service
WhoTouchedMe provides motion alert features for compatible devices. You are responsible for using the service in accordance with local laws and only on devices you own or are authorized to monitor.
2. Account and subscription
Certain features require an account and active subscription. Billing terms, renewals, and cancellation are managed through the payment provider shown in the app.
3. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or instant delivery of every alert under all network or device conditions.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WhoTouchedMe is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of use, theft, damage, or recovery costs, whether arising from service use, service failure, or unavailability.
5. No guarantee of theft prevention
WhoTouchedMe is an alert tool, not a physical security device. It does not guarantee that theft, tampering, loss, or unauthorized access will be prevented, detected in every case, or reported immediately. Alert delivery can be affected by device state, permissions, connectivity, battery, operating system behavior, and notification providers.
6. User responsibility
You are responsible for securing your device, keeping backups, maintaining insurance where appropriate, and using reasonable physical and digital security practices. You agree that any use of the service is at your own risk and that WhoTouchedMe is not an insurer, guarantor, or substitute for physical security.
